Hi, I'm Susan!

My unique approach is to work hard so you don't have to. I believe as a buyer or seller that your number one job is to focus on the move. My job is to provide you with superior customer service, act with your best interest in mind, and assist with the entire real estate transition.


Susan Chappell is proud to be a Broker Owner with Chappell Elite Realty and a member of the Montgomery Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR), National Association Of REALTORS® (NAR). She earned her Real Estate License in 2018, she is a native of Alabama and moved to Montgomery, Alabama in 1999 when her husband retired from the United States Army and is very familiar with our growing economy and housing market.

Susan is constantly furthering her knowledge by attending courses, forums and conferences and has the designation of Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). She has alos recieved her Associate Broker's License. Because Susan understands the stresses and hassles involved in buying, selling and relocating, she strives to alleviate stressful concerns.


    In her free time, Susan enjoys spending time with her family, she loves going to the beach and flea markets and taking spa trips with her friend.
